Following eight months of service as interim GM/CEO for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, Richard McCrillis Richard McCrillis has been appointed to the position permanently by the MARTA Board of Directors. He is a 21-year MARTA veteran, who joined the staff as director-Treasury Services.
McCrillis was subsequently promoted to AGM-Audit in 1993 and AGM-Finance/CFO in 2002, a role he held through December 2005.
