China Ministry of Railways: Awarded a $19 million contract to ImageMap, Inc., for nine complete track geometry vehicles. ImageMap will supply the measurement instrumentation and integration of the vehicles and will work with Chinese manufacturers Nanjing Puzhen and Changchun for the supply of the vehicles.

The measurement cars will use ImageMap's Laserail 3000 System. The Ministry also awarded a $68 million contract to Harsco Corp. Track Technologies division for 11 track maintenance machines. The equipment, which includes main line, switch, and crossing rail grinders, and a Stoneblower track re-stabilizing and alignment machine, will be delivered in the next 36 months.
