RailAmerica has promoted senior VP and CFO Michael Howe to executive VP and CFO; VP-Corporate Development Matthew Devine to senior VP-corporate development; and Associate General Counsel Daniel Hershman to VP-litigation counsel. With more than 30 years of finance, operations, and systems management experience, Rowe joined RA in 2000 after serving as VP and CFO at SurtAir, Inc.
Previously, he held senior positions al CSX. Prior to joining RA in 2001, Devine served as VP and treasurer of Schneider Logistics, Inc. He also held senior finance positions at Crowley American Transport, Crowley Maritime Corp., and CSX Corp. Hershman, with more than 22 years of legal experience, joined RA in early 2001. He served previously as senior litigation counsel at W.R. Grace & Co.
