Recycling firm Avangard Industries and composite railroad crosstie manufacturer TieTek are growing their 2001 strategic alliance. Avangard will procure and pro-process all thermoplastic raw materials, including recycled high-density polyethylene, used in TieTek's patented formulation and proprietary processes.
As TieTek quadruples its production capacity, Avangard will deliver more than 50 million pounds of such materials annually.
