Texas - In Transit - Texas Rail Advocates formed to advocate rail service development - Brief Article

Texas Rail Advocates (www.TexasRailAdvocates.org) is the name of a new grass-roots organization whose mission is "to enhance the quality of life and economic climate that Texans enjoy by advocating the development of rail service to its foil potential," according to Board Member Paul M.

Mangelsdorf. The group has published a white paper," A New Transportation Agenda for America," composed by the National Center for Intermodal Transportation.
