> Is acquiring four sets of GATX TankTrian [R] equipment for the movement of fuel oil between Albany and Oswego, N.Y. The patented system is a string of tank cars connected by flexible hoses for fast loading and unloading of large volumes of liquid commodities. GATX says that, at up to 3,000 gallons per minute for certain liquids, an 18-car train can load in less than 2.5 hours, compared to more than 25 hours required to load the same commodity into 18 conventional tank cars.
