Patrick B. Loftus, corporate secretary of TTX Co., has been promoted to the additional role of VP-Law and Government Affairs. He has served in TTX's Law Department as general counsel for more than 18 years, and his responsibilities have included representing the company in legal proceedings and governmental affairs at the state and federal levels.
Prior to joining TTX in 1989, Loftus was a trial attorney with Chicago-based law firm Hinshaw & Culbertson.
