UNION SWITCH & SIGNAL has entered into an agreement with Expert Edge Corp., Palo Alto, Calif., that gives US&S the exclusive right to use ROCKYT[TM] training program software in North America, Latin America, and Europe. ROCKY is a Windows-based package that allows the user to design multi-media interactive training programs, and that can run on a standard PC.
