CCTC, which supplies AEI (automatic equipment identification) systems to the railroads using Amtech equipment), has entered into a partnership with IBM to develop and market a new line of AEI systems for the rail and intermodal markets. IBM'S contribution is a new processing unit that makes the system more user-friendly and more precise for the end-user.
