REAL ESTATE REVENUES, ranging from suburban parking lot fees to rent from the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Terminal, added a record $79 million to New York MTA's income in 1994. "Revenue generated in the transit system goes straight back to help support and improve transit services," said MTA Chairman Peter E.
