PST plans new rail pricing structure - Pennsylvania Steel Technologies - Brief Article

> Pennsylvania Steel Technologies (PST), a Bethlehem Steel Corp. subsidiary, manufactures various types of rail from steel scrap at its Steelton, Pa., plant--and the price of scrap has been soaring, currently running $15 to $20 above 1992 levels. As a result, PST has announced that in 1994 its prices for rail will be subject to adjustment each month based on increases or decreases in scrap prices.
