* August 3-5. Raspberries are blended, baked, and jammed during Raspberry Days, a three-day toast to the tart treat on the shores of Bear Lake in Garden City, Utah. On August 5, after eating your fill of raspberry pancakes and slurping down a raspberry shake, pick a quart or two (a couple of commercial raspberry growers are within blocks of the festival location) before watching the parade and fireworks.

And don't forget to make time for the crafts show and rodeo.
