* COLORADO Know Jack Jack Atkinson came to Aspen during the town's mining boom days, owned Little Annie Mine, served as Pitkin County sheriff, and built himself a mansion. Jack's Restaurant at the Sardy House was named in his honor. The small adjacent bar has undergone a makeover, and now dozens of Jack and Jacqueline portraits adorn the aquamarine walls--including Jackie Chan, Jack and Jackie Kennedy Jack Kerouac, Jack Lambert, Jack Lord, Jack Nicholson, Jack Nicklaus, Jack Palance, and Jackie Robinson.
