Beans, tomato & pepper salad - Brief Article

Ingredients:

  1 Tbs. Mrs. Dash[R] Extra Spicy
    Seasoning Blend

  2 Tbs. olive oil, divided

  1 pint cherry tomatoes

  1 medium yellow pepper, seeded and sliced

1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    drained and rinsed

Instructions:

PREHEAT oven to 375[degrees]F. In a large bowl, toss Mrs. Dash[R] Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend and 1 Tbs. olive oil with cherry tomatoes and pepper.

SPREAD on baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.

COMBINE roasted vegetables, drained beans, parsley and remaining olive oil in a salad bowl. Serve at room temperature.
