Grilled steak with balsamic vinegar - Brief Article

Ingredients: 2 Ribeye or Porterhouse Steaks about 1-1/2 lb. 2 Tbs. Balsamic vinegar 4 tsp. Mrs. Dash[R] Original Steak Grilling Blend[TM] 2 Tbs. olive oil
Instructions:
MIX Balsamic vinegar, Mrs. Dash[R] Original Steak Grilling Blend[TM] and olive oil in a small bowl.
COAT both sides of steaks with the mixture. Let marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
PREHEAT grill or broiler to medium heat. Place steaks on a large sheet of aluminum foil; seal foil.

GRILL or broil 20 minutes. Open foil and remove steaks and place them over direct heat; reseal foil. Continue grilling steaks about 3 minutes per side to desired doneness. Serve immediately. Top with juice from the foil.
