The Bush Foundation, based in St. Paul, Minn., recently announced the recipients of its 2003 Bush Artist Fellowships to individuals in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and parts of western Wisconsin. Artists receiving $44,000 each are David Ryan, Jenny Lion, Liza Davich, Mai Neng Moua , Ka Vang, Wang Ping, David Treuer, Lee Roripaugh, Tellef Johnson, Phillip Blackburn, Michelle Kinney, J.D.
Steele, Kevin Kling, Vincent Delaney and Adelaide MacKenzie Fuss.
