The project entails coordinating exhibition programs, community outreach and other activities.

The announcement of the plan coincided with the July 21 debut of the Logan Collection, a nonprofit, private gallery for changing displays of some 900 works in the collection. The inaugural installation of some 400 pieces features major examples by Warhol, Hirst and Koons; it is open by appointment only.
