The Latino Cultural Center, a new art, performance and education facility designed by architect Ricardo Legorreta, recently opened in Dallas. A complex of buildings that feature sweeping geometric forms in colored stucco and brick, the center contains exhibition areas, a 300-seat auditorium, classrooms and workspaces for artists.
