The National Academy of Design announces a competition for fellowships for a Mural Workshop, to be held July 7-August 1, 2003 in New York City. The Workshop is an excellent opportunity for professional artists interested in careers in public art to learn from some of the field's top practitioners. A maximum of fifteen participants will be selected and each will receive an honorarium of $1,200.
