Camping Magazine's Editorial Advisory Committee welcomes new member

Camping Magazine, March-April, 2003

Viki Kappel Spain accepted a three-year appointment to the Camping Magazine Editorial Advisory Committee. Viki fills the position vacated when Randy Grayson's term expired. She is the food service director for YMCA Camp Chauncey Ranch in Mayer, Arizona, and has written several articles for Camping Magazine -- the most recent in the September/October 2002 issue.

She is a regular presenter at ACA national and regional conferences. Vild is also working on a new book, A Food Service Manual for Camps and Conference Centers, for ACA which will also be the featured text for the upcoming online cook's course through ACA's Web site.
