OBITUARIES - eulogy to fallen trees - Brief Article

Camping Magazine, May, 2001

We've witnessed many old reliable oak trees fall this year. It causes one to shed many a silent tear. Yet, these giant trees that have stood among us have borne seedlings season after season. We only need to look around to see the new growth emerging around us -- yet another stand of tall oaks prepared to seed tomorrow's growth. As such, those we lost are timeless, as too our legacy to the world.
