Alvernia Offers Staff College-Level Course - Brief Article

Alvernia, a day camp located in Centerport, New York, is offering its college-aged staff a college-level course this summer. The course, titled "Leadership with Children in a Recreational Setting," is approved by the New York State Board of Regents and earns staff members four credit hours. Alvernia has been in operation for 112 seasons.
