In 2000, there will be two openings for members on the National Ethics Committee. Interested persons will be considered for a three-year term. Applicants should be familiar with ACA and the standards program; experience as a standards visitor is helpful in understanding a variety of camps. Candidates should have at least ten years' experience in ACA, possess the capacity for fairness and objectivity, have experience on a section board and/or a section Complaint Resolution Committee, and ideally have a professional background or experience/training in conflict resolution.
