Christmas clean - What's New? Holiday Gifts Galore - Caldrea has every cleanser in every scent - Brief Article

USA Today (Society for the Advancement of Education), Nov, 2003

Who can wait until spring to clean up, especially when winter seems so much dirtier? Certainly not the fresh and tidy folks at Caldrea, who must have every cleanser--in every scent--known to man at their Minneapolis, Minn., headquarters. When it comes to personal care for the home, the company, devoted to making household chores more enjoyable, believes in infusing essential oils into cleansers to create both aromatic and cleaning benefits; offering consistent fragrances and performance across the entire category of products and utensils; using earth--friendly, biodegradable ingredients and cruelty--free formulations; and presenting beautiful, leave-on-your-counter packaging.

For the holidays, the scent of the season is pineapple nutmeg. This Christmas collection's crown jewel is the Cloverleaf Sink Set (dish soap liquid, hand soap liquid, hand lotion, and caddy: $40). You also might want to add a 16-oz. container of Counter-Top Cleanser ($8).

Another popular line is the brand new Sweet Pea collection of household cleansers formulated especially for nurseries and children's rooms: Laundry Detergent (68 oz., $16), Diaper Pail Freshener (12 oz., $12), Stain Remover (16 oz., $8), Surface Cleanser (16 oz., $8), and Surface Wipes (40, $10). These last two items are perfect for wiping down changing tables, high chairs, strollers, and babies' toys.

Other appealing items we enjoyed are the relaxing Lavender Pine Bar Soaps, energizing Citrus Mint Ylang Ylang Automatic Dishwasher Liquid, are sensuous Green Tea Patchouli Wood Furniture Cream and All Purpose Cleaner.
