If you think that rape should be legal, then don't vote." So apparently one of the political parties proffering candidates this November has the legalization of rape in its election platform. Who knew? And which political party could it be? Hmmm. As a general rule, this magazine agrees with Ms. Diaz that citizens should be encouraged to vote. We are beginning to think, though, that perhaps, way down at the very lowest levels of political intelligence, there should be a few exceptions.
