"Paris is a well organized city for our business. This is probably because France regards fashion as necessary and something to be valued. All the journalists and buyers come here and look at clothes. But lining up everything conducive to business does not necessarily mean it is the best environment for wonderful creation. So as good as Paris has been to me and as much as I like Paris, it is not the place itself that counts. I can say that only by having a hungry spirit can new things be created and it doesn't matter where you are physically."
