Interview, August, 2000 by Thelma Adams
Directed by Clint Eastwood
It's geezers in space in this comedy adventure about a busted satellite from the 1950's fixable only by astronauts in their sixties. Clint Eastwood, James Garner, Tommy Lee Jones, and Donald Sutherland don space suits and forsake gravity to keep the doohickey from crashing to earth. Don't expect another Unforgiven from this alpha male reunion shamelessly skewed to the old and restless--but at least there's no orangutan as in Every Which Way but Loose [1978].
