Mandatory arms - No Comment - Geuda Springs, Kansas - Brief Article

Progressive, The, Jan, 2004

Residents of Geuda Springs, Kansas, passed an ordinance requiring most households to have guns and ammunition, reports the Wisconsin State Journal. People who are disabled, "paupers," and people who conscientiously oppose firearms would be exempt. "This is simply using the U.S. Constitution--Second Amendment in particular--to the city of Geuda Springs's advantage," said Councilman John Brewer.
