Garment workers marked the holiday season with a series of Saturday afternoon protests against Forever 21, a popular retailer of young women's clothing. According to the Garment Worker Center, which organized the boycott, employees at six Forever 21 subcontractor factories work for subminimum wages, with no paid overtime, and in dirty, dangerous conditions. Workers demand the Los Angeles-based company take responsibility for the conditions.
