The Picture of the Month for August is Megan, by Kimberly Brock of Mason, Ohio. It is her third victory in a year! Our judge, Bill Black, APSA, EPSA, was enthusiastic: "Excellent in all respects. The hat and hair perfectly frame a beautiful face. The expression is exquisite. The lighting is perfect. The added touch of the blue eyes results in a special touch to this mono print. You have a winner."
