As we plunge into the New Year, let us consider that this year is the last chance we have to make a difference in the 20th Century. Wishing everyone a Happy and Glorious New Year! ... from your Chapters Committee.

OPYP Open

The 1999 "Outstanding Photographs from Young Photographers" Program is officially open, following a successful exhibit during the PSA's 60th International Conference in Orlando, Florida. See the September 1998 PSA Journal for a full report. This program, administered under the Chapters Committee, has been designed to encourage young peoples' interest in photography. All PSA members, chapters, camera clubs and councils are invited to participate in this endeavor, by contacting high school and pre-college students and submitting their works for consideration. Information and entry forms may be obtained from: Kathleen Z. Braun, Program OPYP Director, 300 Lake Shore Rd., Grafton, W1 53024.
