To refresh your memory on requirements for entering the annual Green Eagle contest that is held each year with the finals being announced and displayed at the PSA Fall Conference, included in this month's column are the things you need to know. The contest is for the purpose of giving recognition to a member who has entered a print(s) of outstanding merit. Here are some reminders:
1. Closing date: Monday, August 8, 2005.
2. No entry fee.
3. Eligibility Period: Prints receiving GE awards dated after August 8, 2002.
4. Prints not eligible: Those having received a medal or an HM in a prior contest.
5. Prints must be unmounted.
6. Maximum print size 11x14 inches.
7. Send to Richard Collier, APSA, 1207 Electric St., Gardena, CA 90248.
8. Return postage must be included (stamps preferred).
9. Proof of eligibility: Include the GE award (or copy) or the commentator's evaluation proving the award.
