PSA Journal, Sept, 2004
Winter at the Shore was made by Ellie Rogalski of Island Heights, NJ. This month's Picture of the Month was judged by Sharp Todd, APSA, of Boise, ID. Todd's comments were: "Very nice scene with the houses leading off into the distance, creating lots of depth. Very simple composition and a peaceful scene. The colors are just great."
