> New Mexico Governor-elect Bill Richardson didn't coast to victory last month on his Clinton administration credentials alone. The former energy secretary conducted his get-out-the-vote effort practically single-handedly. That would be his right hand: Richardson broke the Guinness World Record by shaking 13,392 hands in an eight-hour period, besting President Theodore Roosevelt's 1907 effort of 8,513.
