New York restaurateurs have hit upon a creative response to Mayor Bloomberg's recent anti-smoking ordinance. They've begun serving tobacco dishes, including filet mignon in a tobacco-wine sauce, tobacco panna cotta, and tobacco-infused grappa for desert. Not to be outdone, the bar at the Trump World Tower offers a new cocktail that tastes like a cigarette.
