Legislating lizards

Soon, New Mexico may once gain be known as the "Land of Enchantment," the official motto at was accidentally deleted when state statutes were amended several years ago. Legislation to restore it also establishes an official state butterfly (the Sandia hairstreak) and amphibian (the New Mexico spadefoot toad).
