Paula Madison executive vice president, diversity, and president and general manager of KN BC, and regional general manager of KVEA and KWHY, has been named executive vice president for diversity at NBC Universal. Madison will work with NBC Universal's film, television and studio teams to provide guidance to executives to help them meet the company's diversity objectives.
