Eternal Union: Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Cotton celebrated 60 years of marriage with family and friends during a reception held at their home in San Francisco. Mrs. Freddie B, Cotton has been a dedicated homemaker for six decades. Her devoted mate. a World War II veteran, worked as a carpenter and retired from the construction industry after 36 years of service. They are the parents of five: one child is deceased. They have seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
