Mr. and Mrs. Fred Prophete wed at Tony's Reception Palace in Miami. The bride, Kiwana Shante Alexander, is a graduate of Florida A&M University and Nova Southeastern University. She is assistant principal, School District of Palm Beach County, and is a doctoral candidate at Nova Southeastern University.
The groom, a graduate of the University of Phoenix, is an accounts receivable specialist, SBA communications. The couple will live in Margate, FL.
