The bride, a graduate of Wellesley College and the University of Washington in Seattle, is an account executive for multifamily housing at Fannie Mae. The groom, a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chi* cago and Harvard Business School, is a divisional vice president for Payless Shoe Source. They honeymooned in Rome and the Rivieras.

* Spirit-Filled Ceremony: Julius D. Jackson Jr. strolled down the aisle with Kayla R. Holman at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church in Rochester, NY. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, the bride is a software engineer at Eastman Kodak. A graduate of Monroe Community College who attends the Rochester Institute of Technology, the groom is a system administrator at Xerox Corporation. The couple honeymooned in Maui and Kauai in Hawaii.

* A Commitment Forever:. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Clennon Devoe of Lawrence, MA, recently celebrated 50 years of love and happiness with family and friends. Lillian Francis Devoe is a housewife. Her mate for five blessed decades retired as an engineer from the Dinsmore Company. The Devoes, who are members of the Lawrence Baptist Church, are the parents of seven daughters and one son. They have several grand-and great-grandchildren.

* Eternal Romance: Angela Renee Fulton exchanged marital vows with Vastine Simmons Jr. during a fairytale wedding at the Memorial Chapel on Naval Air Station Cecil Field. The bride, a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University, is a speech therapist with Sundance Rehabilitation. The groom, who attended North Texas State University, is an operations specialist with the U.S. Navy. Ocho Rios, Jamaica, was their honeymoon spot.

* Unconditional Bond: Mr. and Mrs. Sean A. Black solemnly promised their unconditional love to each other at Westside M.B. Church in St. Louis, MO. The bride, Audrey J. Brown, is a graduate of Harris Stowe State College. She is a middle-school science teacher and an adult basic education teacher for the St. Louis Public Schools. The groom, a gourmet chef, is an employee for the Food Service Division of the St. Louis Public Schools.

* New Life: Dr. David Organ and Dr. Kelly DeGraffenreid began their new life together at the Sherman Street Church of God in Anderson, IN. The bride, a graduate of Purdue University School of Pharmacy and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, is a physician at the Ochsner Clinic. The groom, a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, currently is director of the honors program and a professor at Dillard University. They honeymooned in the Mediterranean.
