Kimberly Ayers Shariff, former associate general counsel at Black Entertainment Television, LLC (BET), has been named deputy general counsel of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc., in New York City. In the post she will assist in managing all legal aspects of the center's activities that include more than 400 events annually. Among those events are Great Performers, Live From Lincoln Center, Lincoln Center Festival and Midsummer Night Swing.
