JACKSON'S REVEALING BOOK: Joseph Jackson, patriarch of the famed Jackson musical family, signs autographs for his new book, The Jacksons, at a shopping center in Frankfurt, Germany. Jackson, the father of King of Pop Michael Jackson, says he wrote the tell-all book to dispel "falsehoods" about his famous son's sexuality. Joseph Jackson reveals in the book that his son had a string of girlfriends. Joseph Jackson reveals that Michael "loved many women." The elder ,Jackson also wrote that actress Tatum O'Neal was his son's "first big love" and that Michael "went steady" with model-turned-actress Brooke Shields and even bought her "an enormous diamond ring." He also wrote in the book that Michael had an intense affair with a dancer who he described as "young and cute and having the heart of a child." The German version of the book went on sale earlier this month. The English-language edition is being held pending resolution of lawsuits against the performer.
