* EBONY FASHION FAIR 2000 KICK-OFF RECEPTION: Mrs. Eunice W. Johnson, ESONY Fashion Fair producer-director, enjoys the festivities at a reception hosted by Johnson Publishing Co. at its headquarters in Chicago to kick off ticket sales for the Chicago performance of the 43rd Annual ESONY Fashion Fair, sponsored by the College Fund/Chicago Inter-Alumni Council (CIAC), to benefit The College Fund/UNCF.

Also on hand for the kick-off reception are the EBONY Fashion Fair 2000 committee, Louise Chester, top ticket seller, and Frankie Sutherland, general chairperson, Morris Honore, The College Fund area development director, Pearline Carter, ticket chairperson, Dr. George W. Daye, publicity chairperson, Deloris McJunkins, CIAC honorary general chairperson, Frederick Carter, ticket committee, and Kenneth L. Johnson, CIAC national president. Below, commentator Jada Jackson is greeted by McJunkins, Marquis Miller, UNCF's vice president midwest region, Leticia Ransom, CIAC co-chair, and Ercel Mayes, hostess committee, following a mini-fashion preview of the upcoming 2000 tour, Fashion Sensation.
