How will Blacks fare in the rebuilding of New Orleans? This is the big question after the forced relocation of almost a half-million Blacks from the three Gulf states. Other questions for national debate: Why poor Black families were stranded for days on roof tops, cars, and bridges and then watched members divided and scattered across the U.S.
without knowing the destination of the rescue planes?
