Michael Jordan, Master P And P. Diddy among 40 richest Americans under 40

Michael, Master P and P. Diddy have all done it again. The three wealthy icons have made Fortune Magazine's list of America's 40 richest under 40 for another year.

Basketball great Michael Jordan was the only Black to be named in the top 10 on the elite list of 40. The 39-year-old Washington Wizards basketball player ranked No. 9 with an estimated wealth totaling $408 million. Last year he ranked No. 13 on the list with $398 million.

Hip-hop music moguls Master P and P. Diddy were listed No. 11 and No. 12, respectively. The 33-year-old Percy "Master P" Miller, who heads the No Limit entertainment conglomerate, had estimated earnings of $293.8 million, while Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, CEO/founder of Bad Boy Entertainment who owns the popular Sean John clothing line, had estimated earnings totaling $293.7 million.

Golf phenom Tiger Woods is golfs winningest player. And, at 26, he's the sports wealthiest. With estimated earnings of $212 million, Woods was named No. 16 on the list.

The list included two new names. L.A. Lakers star Shaquille O'Neal ranked No. 22. The 30-year-old hoopster had estimated earnings of $171 million. Actor-rapper Will Smith was listed No. 39. Smith, 33, had estimated earnings of $113 million.
