According to Brown's publicist at the Britto Agency, in the book Bobby Brown: The Truth, The Whole Truth and Nothing But ... Brown says, "I never used cocaine until after I met Whitney. Before then, I had experimented with other drugs, but marijuana was my drug of choice."

Married in 1992, Brown and Houston divorced last April. Houston was granted custody of their teenage daughter, Bobbi Kristina.

The Truth, put out by independent publishers Down South Books and distributed by Atlas books, will hit bookstore shelves May 13.
