Beyonce & Jay-Z finally tie the knot, reports say

Entertainment power couple Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z recently made the ultimate commitment to one another -marriage, published reports say.

According to the reports, the Grammy Award-winning singer and Grammy-winning rapper are believed to have said their "I dos" at Jay-Z's New York City penthouse apartment on April 4. Rumors of the couples wedding plans began to circulate rapidly after the couple reportedly obtained a marriage license from a courthouse in Scarsdale, NY.

Exclusive photos of the big day are expected to be extremely pricey. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that money for the pictures will be donated to Darfur relief and a New York City kids sports program that Jay-Z supports.

Beyonce, 26, and Jay-Z (whose real name is Shawn Carter), 38, have been reluctant to discuss their relationship publicly since they began dating back in 2002. For the couple who collaborated on the hit songs '03 Bonnie & Clyde, Crazy In Love and Deja vu, wedding and marriage rumors have been surfacing for months and even years.

When asked whether or not the report about the wedding was true a representative for Jay-Z and Mathew Knowles, Beyonce's dad, told JET, "No comment." Beyonce's spokesperson did not respond to the inquiry.
