Superstar entertainer Usher gives Jasmine Rowe, 7, of Detroit sheer delight with a late Valentine's Day gift at the Children's Hospital in Detroit. Row, who suffers from hydrocephalus, has endured 40 surgeries since birth and has been hospitalized since October 1998. In addition to two roses, Usher gave Rowe a T-shirt he personalized for her.

She met the singer through The Rainbow Connection, which works to fulfill the wishes of ill children.
