Wedding Splendor: Dr. Josef A. Passley exchanged marital vows with Staci L. Manago at Riverdale Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, MD. A graduate of Lincoln University (PA) and Central Michigan University, the bride is a software program manager for the Department of Defense. The groom, a graduate of Lancaster Bible College, Towson University and Walden University, is a practicing clinical psychologist and adjunct/associate professor at three graduate schools.
They honeymooned in Jamaica.
