A voice for children

Jet,  April 28, 2008

A VOICE FOR CHILDREN: Gospel singer Yolanda Adams broadcasts her radio program, "The Yolanda Adams Morning Show," during the recent Radio One/St. Jude Radiothon in Memphis, TN, benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. She is joined by St. Jude patient Jonathan Vann. Nine Radio One gospel stations across the nation helped to raise more than $1 million for St. Jude and its mission of finding cures and saving children battling cancer, sickle cell disease and pediatric HIV/AIDS.
